Please note that this is a guide for the most common document formats. If you have problems converting unusual document types, please contact our customer support who will be glad to assist.

Adobe Acrobat (.PDF)
Note: If submitting in a PDF format, please ensure that any NON True Type fonts are embedded into the document. This will ensure that no font substitution occurs. PDF documents may also convert to exxessive amounts of greyscale. Please contact us if you require assistance with conversion.

  Note: Mac users should save their Word document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast



• Microsoft Excel (.XLS)
  Note: Mac users should save their document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast. Please also ensure that your spreadsheet is configured to fit on the required number of A4 pages and that your document is self-contained - IE does not reference any cells or workbooks in other files.



• Microsoft Powerpoint (.PPT)
  Note: Mac users should save their document in PC format and submit this version of the document for your broadcast


• JPEG (.JPG)

  Notes: Each document in your broadcast must not exceed 1 Mg of data.

Voice Broadcast Document Formats

PCM Wave (.WAV)

Text (.TXT) - Conversion will be automated to Text-to-Speech

Note: .MP3 format is not directly supported, but our customer services team will be happy to provide you with free conversion

Only text is supported for SMS broadcasting
