Transactional Messaging & Applications Integration

Very often larger organisations will have the need to integrate line-of-business applications directly with their messaging services provider.

OzMedia provides a suite of tools to allow direct integration from a wide variety of applications for the support of messaging via fax, SMS, Text-To-Speech, Voice and E-Mail transmission.

Both applications integration methods allow a high degree of control over the messaging parameters such as document resolution, emdargo / date & time of treansmission, document resolution etc. The Applications interfaces also provide support for multiple document formats for attachments.

The two primary integration methods are via :-

OzMedia File API

File Applications Interface (API) - allows transaction files to be passed using FTP or Secure FTP (SFTP)

OzMedia Web Services API

Allows direct and secure internet connectivity to the OzMedia suite of services.
